Prizes & Ranking

Prizes:

Stage winners and leaders of the various classifications for the competitive categories 1, 2, 3 and Women are awarded with trophies (stage win) and jerseys (leader in a classification).

Prize money is awarded to the top finishers of Category 1 and the Women's Category. See the prize purse tables for the break down.

Rankings:

	Stage Victory: The first cyclist to cross the finish line wins the stage. Time bonuses will be awarded to the first five finishers.
	General Classification (GC): The cyclist with the fastest accumulated time of the completed stages is the leader of the GC competition and wearer of the yellow jersey.

All riders that cross the finish in the same peloton are credited with the same finish time. At each real break a new time is recorded. The times recorded are rounded down to the nearest second for the general classification

Time bonuses for the first finishers of each stage:

Sprint Ace Classification (ACE): The cyclist with most points accumulated in intermediate sprints is the leader of the ACE competition and wearer of the green jersey

King of the Mountains Classification (KOM): The cyclist with most points accumulated at the top of Bintan’s biggest hills is the leader of the KOM competition and the wearer of the polka dot jersey.

Team Classification: The team with the fastest accumulated time of their best three cyclists for each stage is the winner of the Team Classification. Finish time bonuses are included.
